ISN has grown immensely over the past two decades and with this growth, we've come to learn that our success means nothing if we are not operating as a sustainable and responsible organization. This means mitigating our environmental impact, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and contributing to the communities in which we operate. We have set goals and developed strategies for our performance as it relates to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities. In this report, we are excited to share the progress we made in 2021 toward our ESG goals and how we are leveraging our relationships to continue learning and growing.
